Our Programs

Three phases, built to reinforce each other.

Karamoja is the starting point: a model designed to be scalable and replicable across East Africa.

Phase 1 : Launching Year 1

Karamoja Scholars Network

Schooling to self-sufficiency.

A structured, high-touch mentoring network guiding Karamojong students from high school graduation through university and into stable employment: university application support, campus visits, help navigating fees and paperwork, career coaching, internships, and a network of Karamojong alumni and professional allies who open doors to employers in Uganda and the diaspora.

Phase 2 : Launching Year 2

Karamojong Export Ecosystem

Education to independence.

In partnership with Matany Girls' Vocational School, we're building a startup and export ecosystem connecting Karamojong makers, beaders, honey producers, fashion designers, to real global markets in the US, Europe, and the UK. Not one business: a launchpad for many, with shared legal, financial, and logistics infrastructure so individual artisans don't have to build it alone.

Phase 3 : Launching Year 3

Community Center

Connecting culture and lifelong education.

A permanent physical home in Karamoja: job training space with real internet access, a café and gathering space, an art gallery for Karamojong cultural heritage, teacher professional development, and a Writer's Workshop where Karamojong elders and young people record their own culture on their own terms. Built to be a Karamojong institution that outlasts any single funding cycle.
